Imputation and derivation

Imputation

When VPTRODate was incomplete or missing, or when this date was inconsistent (i.e. after VisitDate), a new date was randomly generated within a window taking into account Year and/or month if available in VPTRODate. Otherwise, VisitDate (i.e. the date the transferred out was documented) was used. To identify when that date was imputed, please look at ExitDateComputedEstimated variable. Please note that TRODateComputed was computed only for Transfers Out corresponding to a clinic exit (ClinicExitComputed==1)
