A follow-up survey was conducted during February 2021-November 2022 among 1448 participants who completed the baseline tobacco behavioural survey. These included all participants aged =15y who reported current and former smoking at baseline (to detect cessation and relapse) and in a random selection of participants aged 15-29y who reported never smoking at baseline (to detect initiation). The dataset contains the records of the 1448 participants who completed the follow-up survey merged to their baseline data records. South Africa Individual participant responses.
