Imputation

When VPDTHDate was incomplete or missing, or when this date was inconsistent (i.e. after VisitDate), a new date was randomly generated within a window taking into account:
- Year and/or month if available in VPDTHDate
- Date of the last visit in a previous survey round in the same household
- A maximum window of 6 months (except if month was supplied in VPDTHDate)
- Date of the last contact at home during that window (if any)

To identify when that date was imputed, please look at ExitDateComputedEstimated variable
